SEDIC was established by Dar Consult with the Aerial Photography and Topographic Mapping Department and Al-Jumah Trading & Investment Group.
SEDIC operates in the field of geographic and digital data acquisition throughout the whole country of Sudan with a staff of more than 30 engineers and technicians
from a wide range of experience and technical practice.
Now SEDIC is developing new wide international relationship, promoting for developing means of technology necessary for advanced survey works in large
country such as Sudan. Elongated ties are established with partners in Germany, Turkey, France and Malaysia for establishing an advanced center for surveying,
photogrammetry and digital mapping. Efforts will extend for further development in the near future in the field of remote sensing, terrestrial and airborne laser scanning survey, corridor mapping, and bathymetric survey as well.
SEDIC is equipped with very advanced digital equipment such as dual frequency G.P.S., Robotic Total Stations, Digital Levels, Photogrammetric Scanners,
Photogrammetric Work stations in addition to full automated equipment necessary for reporting, drawings and document management and electronic achieving facilities such as large format scanners, copiers, plotters, and laminators.
